Whats going on?

I downloaded this app just to try it out. Now I cant even open it nor I can delete it. Ive tried everything. even connected my phone to my computer to see if maybe I could deleted it through there and it didnt work. Now I have an icon that I cant even use nor delete and its bugging the crap out of me!!!!
